A CAR is a Customer Action Request.
Requesting contact Melton Council and ask them to act on any relevant issue they will log this as a CAR and issue you with a unique CAR number. They'll also tell you how long it will take the Council to respond and you can then use the reference number to get an update on your CAR.
You can contact the Council on a range of issues including:
- Abandoned cars
- Dumped rubbish
- Missing or damaged street signs
- Empty lots with long grass
- Maintenance in public parks or road verges
- Road surfaces
- Street trees
- Any thing else managed by the Council
